Williams Island is an amazing luxury waterfront community. It has so much to offer! Privacy, luxury living, pet friendly environment, perfect for those who love the outdoors, exercising, boating and tennis. I am sharing with you some information about recent sales and market trends in this development. At the same time, as I always do, I am sharing with you a videoblog including the first views from the garage of the new luxury development “Bellini Williams Island”. I was thrilled to be allowed to walk in the construction site. I  took a peak at the views and I will continue sharing with you this journey until we get to the rooftop!

Pending Sales Between September 1, 2011 and December 31st 2011: 12

Pending sales  between January 1st, 2012 and March 30th,2012: 22

Now,  with this increase in demand and a dramatic reduction in inventory, the market is talking …
