Supply and Demand of Condos in the 33180 zip code
The Median List Price for Condos this week was of $349,000. Maintaining a relative balance as compared to past weeks.
As for the Asking Price per Square Foot, the same went down to $256.
The Average Days on the Market (DOM) is trending higher.
The Market Action Index indicates a Strong Buyer’s Market.
The Good News about the Aventura Market and Especially the Condos for Sale is that …
Condo sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. Since this is a Buyer’s market prices are not yet moving higher as excess inventory is consumed. As the supply and demand trends continue, the market moves into the Seller’s zone, and we are liketly to see upward pressure on pricing.
