What is Happening with the condo sale  in Aventura, Florida 33180?

We are in the middle of our Hurricane Season and although the number of sales seemed to have diminished, there’s still a high number of pending sales – due to a drop in price per square foot - despite the general real estate forecast recently streamed on TV and Radio networks.

 Haven’t I said that real estate is “LOCAL”, can we compare what is going on here in South Florida with what is happening in other parts of the country?
