Yesterday I took my buyers to Everglades on the Bay, in Miami across from Bayside and the American Airlines Arena, we then headed to Icon in Brickell and to 1800 Biscayne in the Biscayne Bay corridor; to finally arrive at Terra in Miami Beach.
Every Developer’s office we visited had Broker’s like me with their buyers. I had a Deja Vu. As condo prices kept dropping Buyers are now taking the streets to now buy.
At these prices it now makes sense. They can buy a condo in Miami for the same price it would cost them to rent.
