you will need to vacate 90 days after the sale.Also you will have to submit payments to the new owners .they will have to honor your lease but only after 90 days of the sale if you can show that you have paid on time

i would like to know after a motion for issuance of writ of possession has been issued how long after do i as a leesee of a forclosed property with a writen lease that will expire 10/31/09 have to vacate the premisis i have been paying rent to my landlord and the proof is the bank deposit recipts when i deposited rent into the owners account. they are not very honest pepole and are always giving me excuses of whats going on and im afraid that i will get thrown out without prior notice can you please answer this question for me so i can finally sleep at night thank you
