   Looking for both investments & places for relatives.

   Curious about 2/2’s in here, 3/2’s … or 2/2’s w/ layout that can be converted into reasonable-sized 3rd bedroom.

   Want bank-owned, highly motivated sellers, etc. Bought few other properties in last few years in So FL, been successful and burned a little by the times. Have two places in Boca, one in Miami and one in another state.

   Cannot get competent realtor of late … who wants to make easiest money ever made ’cause w/ guy who does all his own research (and most thorough in So FL without doubt – a blow you away methodology & voracious researcher).

   Have 2 relatives that are about to re-instate their FL real estate licenses again if cannot find good realtor. Where are those anymore? …
