Great News – What happened to Aventura Condos in the last 3 months? Market Report for condos under $350,000

As we all know, bad news sell and we all become scared, nervous and tend to withdraw at the first sign of recession. We wonder how are we going to meet our expenses and support our families.

So, when was the last time that you opened your computer and browsed the news and found a good one?

Well, let me tell you something … I have suprisingly shocking great news:

Unlike other neighborhoods, Sales in Aventura have actually increased, and Inventory has decreased.

Let’s take a look at the following charts:

Now, I am sure that you will not find this in the front pages of any newspapers or online news. But these are facts and facts do not lie. We can always use a positive dose of good energy these days.

   Thanks for letting everyone know that things are not all gloom and doom. Sales are picking up and more Buyers are looking at real estate. Too bad more of the media doesn’t report the good news. Keep up the good work.

   I know that serious professionals, like you, look at the information available and present it to their customers so they can make an informed decision. As we both know the Aventura real estate market is actively moving towards a recovery and condos have become more affordable, which in turn will help buyers finally buy a condo, the associations meet their financial needs, and the state of real estate in general.
